The high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion tester is a small acid-resistant reaction kettle. The implementation standard is "SY/T 5405-2019" acidification corrosion inhibitor technical requirements. It uses the weight loss method to measure the corrosion rate of the coupon in the acid solution for evaluation The corrosion resistance performance of the coupon and the corrosion inhibition performance of the corrosion inhibitor can be tested under the set temperature and pressure conditions.
The instrument is equipped with a magnetic coupling stirring system, which can stir the liquid in the reactor by magnetically driving the blades in the reactor under static sealing conditions to realize dynamic testing. The stirring speed can be adjusted steplessly through the adjustment button on the panel, and the experimental temperature is measured and controlled by a digital display temperature controller (with PID adjustment)
